Trunk Latch Switch Test

- Open trunk lid and remove trunk lid inner trim, if necessary. Disconnect trunk latch 4-pin connector. Using an ohmmeter, check for continuity between indicated trunk latch switch connector terminals with switch in specified position. See Figure . If continuity is not as specified, replace trunk latch switch.
- Using jumper wire, apply battery voltage to trunk lock actuator terminal No. 4. See Figure . Using another jumper wire, connect terminal No. 1 to ground. Observe actuator operation. Replace actuator if it does not move to unlocked position.
