Fuel Tank: Replacement

Relieve fuel pressure. Remove seat cushion and access panel from floor. Disconnect 10P, 2P and 3P connectors. Remove fuel tank recirc valve, vapor tube, fuel unit wire harness. Lift vehicle and disconnect muffler mount. Remove heat shield, fuel tank covers, drain bolt and drain fuel. Disconnect hoses and support tank. Remove straps and tank. Install drain bolt and coat with non-rust. Install remaing parts in reverse order.
