Select/Reset Switch Test

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2003 Acura 3.2CL and 2002 Acura 3.2CL. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Remove the instrument panel (see INSTRUMENT PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ).
  2. Disconnect the 5P connector (A) from the select/ reset switch (B).

  3. Check for continuity between the terminals in each switch position according to the test.

  4. If the continuity checks do not agree with the test, remove the two screws and replace the switch.
