Is the navigation screen clock reading 00:00? We're aware of this issue and have it under investigation.

For models that didn't have the navigation maps updated with software Version 2.1x to 2.Ax , this issue self-corrected on September 17, 2017 , and the clock reads normally. For models that did have the navigation maps updated with that software version, this issue remains and the clock reads 00:00 .

We're currently working on a software patch to fix this.
