Remote Transmitter

NOTE: Procedures must be performed within the stated time limits. Three remote transmitters may be coded into system. If a fourth code is entered, the first code will be erased.
  1. Turn ignition switch to ON position. Aim transmitter at receiver (rear window) and within 4 seconds push transmitter button. Within 4 seconds, turn ignition switch to OFF position and go to next step. Repeat procedure 2 more times.
  2. Within 4 seconds, turn ignition switch to ON position. Aim transmitter at receiver (rear window) and within 4 seconds push transmitter button. Confirm door lock actuator operation.
  3. Within 10 seconds, aim first transmitter with code to be stored in receiver memory, and press transmitter button. Confirm door lock actuator operation.
  4. Within 10 seconds, aim a second transmitter with code to be stored in receiver memory, and press transmitter button. Confirm door lock actuator operation. Within 10 seconds, aim a third transmitter with code to be stored in receiver memory, and press transmitter button. Confirm door lock actuator operation.
  5. Turn ignition switch to OFF position and remove ignition key. Confirm power door lock system operation with new transmitter code(s).
