PCM Reset

This command clears stored specific data from the PCM such as DTCs freeze data, and readiness codes. It does not clear CKP PATTERN data.

Reset the PCM with the HDS when the engine is stopped.
Turn the ignition switch OFF.
Turn the ignition switch ON (II), and wait 30 seconds.
Turn the ignition switch OFF, and disconnect the HDS from the DLC.
Do the PCM idle learn procedure (see ECM/PCM IDLE LEARN PROCEDURE ).
