DTC B1725: Display Panel Control Unit Temperature is too high

NOTE:

Display panel control unit DTCs may not clear using the HDS. If the DTCs will not clear, manually reset the display panel control unit (see GENERAL TROUBLESHOOTING INFORMATION ).
If you are troubleshooting multiple DTCs, be sure to follow the instructions in B-CAN system diagnosis test mode A (see TROUBLESHOOTING - B-CAN SYSTEM DIAGNOSIS TEST MODE A ).

Clear the DTC with the HDS.
Turn the ignition switch OFF, and then back ON (II).
Park the vehicle avoiding the direct sunlight and cool down the in-car temperature.
Check for DTCs with the HDS.
Is DTC B1725 indicated?
1. YES- Replace the center panel control unit.
2. NO- Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time.
