Motor Test
- Remove the power window master switch (see POWER WINDOW SWITCH REPLACEMENT ), and disconnect the connectors.
- Test the motor in each direction by connecting battery power and ground to the power window master switch 22P connector according to the table.
- If the motor does not run or fails to run smoothly, go to step 4.
- Disconnect the 6P connector from the driver's power window motor.
- Check for continuity between the power window master switch 22P connector No. 20 and No. 21 terminals and the driver's power window motor 6P connector No. 1 and No. 4 terminals, respectively.

- If the wire harness is OK, replace the driver's power window motor.
Pulser Test
- Do the power window master switch input test No. 5, No. 6, No. 7, and No. 11 terminals (see POWER WINDOW MASTER SWITCH INPUT TEST ).
