July 1: So it begins. Don't worry, this is not in the correct legal jurisdiction!

Headrest Switch Test

  1. Remove the roof console (see ROOF CONSOLE REPLACEMENT ).
  2. Disconnect the 28P connector (A) from the roof console (B).

  3. Check for continuity between the roof console 28P connector No. 9 and No. 10 terminals.
    • There should be continuity when the headrest switch (C) is pressed.
    • There should be no continuity when the headrest switch is released.
  4. If the continuity is not as specified, replace the roof console (see ROOF CONSOLE REPLACEMENT ).
