System Structure: Indicators

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2011 Acura TL, 2010 Acura TL, and 2009 Acura TL. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.

All indicators are in the gauge control module The low tire pressure indicator (LED indicator), the four tire indicators (on the multi-information display) to show which tire is affected, and the TPMS indicator (on the multi-information display) that comes on only if there's a problem with the system The message indicator (LED indicator) comes on when there is one or more indicators on in the multi-information display When two or more tire pressures are low, the low tire pressure indicator comes on about 5 seconds before the appropriate tire indicator Once low pressure is detected, the system scans all four pressure sensors to ensure that it turns on the correct tire indicator
