HandsFreeLink Control Unit Removal/Installation

NOTE: Tell the client they need to write down all phone numbers as there is no way to transfer the information in the original HandsFreeLink control unit to a new HandsFreeLink control unit.

1. Remove the glove box.

2. Remove the passenger's under-dash fuse/relay box.

3. Remove the bolts (A) from the bracket that holds the HandsFreeLink control unit (B), the throttle actuator control module, and the ACC unit.

4. Disconnect the connectors from the HandsFreeLink control unit.

5. Remove the HandsFreeLink control unit from the bracket.

6. Install the HandsFreeLink control unit in the reverse order of removal.
