Turbocharger Boost Sensor Replacement

  1. Remove the charge air cooler cover (see step 1 under CHARGE AIR COOLER REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION ).
  2. Remove the charge air cooler cover stay (A).

  3. Disconnect the turbocharger boost sensor connector (B).
  4. Remove the turbocharger boost sensor (C).
  5. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal with a new O-ring (D).
