VSA Modulator-Control Unit Removal and Installation: Removal
- Turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0).
- Remove the right upper fender trim (see
UPPER FENDER TRIM REPLACEMENT
).
- Remove the A/C line mounting bolt (A).

- Disconnect the VSA modulator-control unit 36P connector (A) by pushing the lock (B) and pulling up the lever (C); the connector disconnects itself.

- Remove the wire harness clips (D).
- Disconnect the 10 mm brake lines (A) and the 12 mm brake lines (B) from the VSA modulator-control unit (C).

- Remove the power steering fluid reservoir (A) from the power steering fluid reservoir bracket (B).

- Remove the power steering fluid reservoir bracket from the body.
- Remove the clip (A), then remove the upper portion of the washer reservoir (B)

- Remove the flange bolts (C), then remove the VSA modulator-control unit D) with the bracket (E) from the body.
- Remove the VSA modulator-control unit (A) from the bracket (B).
