- Check for PGM-FI DTCs (see
GENERAL TROUBLESHOOTING INFORMATION
).
- Check the No. 13 (15 A) fuse in the under-hood fuse/relay box, and the No. 18 (15 A) fuse in the driver's under-dash fuse/relay box.
- Do the cruise control input test (see
CRUISE CONTROL INPUT TEST ).
- Do the cruise control combination switch test (see
CRUISE CONTROL COMBINATION SWITCH TEST/REPLACEMENT ).

| Cruise control can be set, but the cruise main indicator does not come on |
- Do the gauge control module self-diagnostic function procedure (see

).
- Do the cruise control input test (see
CRUISE CONTROL INPUT TEST ). Test the cruise control main switch signal input.
- Check for PGM-FI DTCs (see
