Navigation cannot control XM radio
NOTE:
- Check the vehicle battery condition first (see BATTERY TEST ).
- Check any official Honda service website for more service information about the navigation system.
- Clear the hard error code .
- Turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0), or press the engine start/stop button to select the OFF mode, then back to ON (II), or the ON mode.
- Check for the hard error code .
Is there a hard error code stored?
YES - Refer to the hard error code troubleshooting. ■
NO - Go to step 4.

Can the navigation system control XM radio functions?
YES - Replace the original AcuraLink control unit (XM receiver) (see AcuraLink CONTROL UNIT (XM RECEIVER) REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ) or the XM receiver (see AcuraLink CONTROL UNIT (XM RECEIVER) REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ). ■
NO - Replace the audio-navigation unit . ■
