Also check for
- No. A29 (10 A) fuse in the under-hood fuse/relay box
- No. B4 (15 A) and No. B31 (10 A) fuses in the under-dash fuse/relay box
- Poor connections at the power control unit
- Gauge control module
- Power control unit
- Electric steering lock
- Engine start/stop switch
