Keyless Access Backup Control Unit Removal and Installation (2013-18): Installation

NOTE:

If the backup control unit is replaced, do the keyless access registration. If the original backup control unit is installed, confirm that all systems work properly.

Backup Control Unit - Install

1. Connect the backup control unit connector

2. Install the backup control unit (A) and the bracket.

Dashboard Switch Panel - Install

1. Install the dashboard switch panel - Refer to: Driver's Power Tailgate Switch Removal and Installation(With Power Tailgate) (2013-15), or Driver's Power Tailgate Switch Removal and Installation (2016-18) .

Keyless Access System - Registration

1. After replacement, register the backup control unit - Refer to: Keyless Access System Registration (2013-15), or Keyless Access System Registration (2016-18) .
