DTC 35-0A: EPS Control Unit Internal Circuit (CPU Operation)

• Battery voltage 10 - 16 V

With the Driving Pattern:

• 1.

  Start the engine.

• 2.

  Turn the steering wheel lock-to-lock more than 5 times.

• 1 drive cycle
• EPS indicator on

• Stop EPS function/assist(Re-diagnose at the next IG-ON)

• Open, Short to ground, or Poor connection between the EPS control unit and the steering gearbox (RESOLVER R1, R2, S1, S2, S3, S4 lines)
• EPS motor internal failure
• EPS control unit internal failure
