Park Pin Switch Test (2013-17): Test

  1. Center Console Carpet Trim - Remove
      1. Remove the left side center console carpet trim .
  2. Park Pin Switch - Test

    1. Disconnect the AT gear position indicator connector.
    2. Check for continuity between the terminals in each shift lever condition according to the table.
    3. If the continuity is not as specified, check the shift cable adjustment . If the cable adjustment is OK, the park pin switch is faulty; replace the shift lever assembly (A).
    4. Connect the AT gear position indicator connector.
  3. Center Console Carpet Trim - Install
      1. Install the left side center console carpet trim .
