EVAP Canister Removal And Installation: Installation

USA and Canada models 

1. EVAP Canister - Reassembly

   1. If needed, install the canister spacer (A). 2. Install the FTP sensor (B) with new O-ring (C) and new retainer (D). 3. Install the EVAP canister vent shut valve (E) with new O-rings (F) and a new cap (G). 4. Install the canister bracket (H).

2. EVAP Canister Assembly - Install

   1. Install the EVAP canister (A) from the front side. 2. Install the canister bracket bolts (B). 3. Connect the quick-connect fitting (C), the hoses (D), and the EVAP canister vent shut valve connector (E) and the FTP sensor connector (F).

   4. Support the rear subframe (A) with a transmission jack (B) and a wooden block (C) as shown. 5. Tighten the rear subframe mounting bolts (D, E, F, and G).

3. Fuel Tank - Install

   Install the Fuel Tank .

4. Wheel Alignment - Check

   Check the wheel alignment .

   Mexico models 

5. EVAP Canister Two Way Valve - Install

   Install the EVAP canister two way valve .

6. EVAP Canister - Install

   1. If needed, install the EVAP canister bracket (A). 2. Install the EVAP canister (B), and connect the hoses (C).
