Driving Position Memory Switch Test (2013-18): Test
- Front Door Panel - Remove
1. Remove the driver's door panel - Refer to: Front Door Panel Removal and Installation (2013-17), or Front Door Panel Removal and Installation(With BSI Alert Indicator) (2016-17) . - Driving Position Memory Switch - Test
- When an LED is located between terminals, check if the LED lights up by connecting power and ground to the LED.
- Note this important operating characteristic; diode bias causes a diode to fully conduct electricity in one direction (forward), while not at all in the opposite direction (reverse).
2. If the result is not as specified, replace the driving position memory switch .

1. Install the driver's door panel - Refer to: Front Door Panel Removal and Installation (2013-17), or Front Door Panel Removal and Installation(With BSI Alert Indicator) (2016-17) .
