ELD Removal And Installation: Removal

  1. Battery Terminal - Disconnect

    Do the battery terminal disconnection procedure .

  2. ELD - Remove

    		 1. Remove the main under-hood fuse box upper cover (A).

    2. Remove the fuses (B and C).

    3. Remove the positive (+) terminals (D).

    		 4. Remove the lower cover (A).

    		 5. Release the two lock tabs (A), and carefully remove the ELD (B) with the busbar (C), then disconnect the ELD connector (D).

    NOTE:  Take care not to damage the wire harness.
