This diagnosis checks the telematics control unit connection.

If the Connection diagnosis shows NOK (not OK), go to AcuraLink™ services do not work troubleshooting - Refer to: AcuraLink™ Symptom Troubleshooting - AcuraLink™ services do not work (2019 2020 2021)  or AcuraLink™ Symptom Troubleshooting - AcuraLink™ services do not work (2022 2023) .
