Body Control Module Inspection
Preconditions
NOTE:
This procedure can be done before any other inspections are completed because this test procedure includes all of the following inspection items. However, if this test fails, it will be necessary to continue with each inspection item individually to determine which item failed.
- Brake pedal position switch is normal.
- External circuit is normal.
- PCM (starter switch internal circuit) is normal.
Test Procedure
- Preparation

- The HDS [ALL INJECTORS STOP] is selected
- Procedure

- Press the brake pedal.
- Turn the vehicle to the START mode, and confirm the HDS [Starter Switch].
- Normal Conditions
-
- The HDS [Starter Switch] changed.
Results
- If it is abnormal, there is a problem with the body control module.
