MAP Sensor Inspection

Preconditions 

• External circuit is normal

Test Procedure 

• Preparation
  • MAP Sensor connector 3P : disconnected
• Procedure
  • Perform the inspection according to the following table.

    			(Disconnected) MAP sensor connector 3P female terminals
    		IG Mode	Courtesy of HONDA, U.S.A., INC.	Normal Conditions
    	PCM output voltage inspection	ON		About 5.0 V
    		ON		About 5.0 V

Results 

• If it is normal, there is a problem with the MAP sensor.
• If it is abnormal, there is a problem with the related components.
