The HDS Does Not Communicate With The Multi View Camera Unit (2024 2025)

Diagnostic procedure

• Check for DTCs - Refer to: Multi View Camera System (MVCS) DTC Troubleshooting Index  or Multi View Camera System (MVCS) Symptom Troubleshooting Index .
• Check for multi view camera unit connector A (24P)
• Check for the +B_BACKUP(VST) line
• Check for the IG1_METER(VST) line
• Check for the body ground

Also check for

• Poor connections or loose terminals
• Blown fuse
• Open or short circuit in the +B_BACKUP(VST) line
• Open or short circuit in the IG1_METER(VST) line
• Poor ground
