Engine Oil Replacement (2.0L Engine): Replacement

How to use this manual .

NOTICE: 

Be careful as engine components may be hot after stopping the engine.

1. Engine Oil - Replacement

   Preconditions 

   • Engine Undercover Plate Removed

   Procedure/Specifications 

   1. Remove the bolt (a), and drain the oil.

   2. Reinstall the bolt with a new washer (b) and torque to specification.

   3. Refill the engine with the recommended oil. - Refer to: Lubricants and Fluids(USA/Canada models) (2023) or Lubricants and Fluids(USA/Canada models)

   Oil Amount Details 

   Operation	Specified Amount
   At Oil Change	4.4 L (4.6 US qt)
   At Oil Change including Filter	4.8 L (5.1 US qt)
   After Engine Overhaul	6.0 L (6.3 US qt)

   After Replacement 

   • Engine Oil Level Check - Refer to: Engine Oil Level Check  or Engine Oil Replacement(2.0L Engine)  or Engine Oil Replacement(3.0L Engine) 

   ? Maintenance Minder Reset (With Maintenance Minder System) 

   • If the Maintenance Minder requires the engine oil to be replaced, reset the Maintenance Minder with the gauge (see "Resetting the Maintenance Minder"). If the Maintenance Minder did not require the engine oil to be replaced, reset the Maintenance Minder with the HDS (see "Resetting the Individual Maintenance Items").
