Turbocharger Wastegate Control Actuator Link, Turbocharger Cover Visual Inspection 

Test Procedure 

• Procedure
• • Check for the foreign materials at the turbocharger wastegate control actuator link part and the damage on the turbocharger cover.
• Normal Conditions
• • No abnormalities found in the appearance of confirmation part.

Results 

• If it is abnormal, there is a problem with the turbocharger.

Turbocharger Wastegate Control Actuator Functional Inspection 

Test Procedure 

• Procedure
• • Do the HDS [Electric Waste Gate].
  • Visually inspect the operation of the turbocharger wastegate control actuator.
• Normal Conditions
• • The turbocharger wastegate control actuator operates.

Results 

• If it is abnormal, there is a problem with the turbocharger.
