Massage Seats System Description
Basic Control/Function
Based on the massage seat switch and massage mode signals, each massage control unit controls the massage seat air pump and each bladder. Pressing the massage seat switch for a short time switches the strength among OFF, HIGH, MID, and LOW. If the massage seat switch is pressed and held while the system is not running, the system will operate at HIGH in the previous mode. In addition, operating the touch pad can select and switch one of 9 modes in the center display. Each massage seat control unit stores the seat memory position and massage mode that was previously set, and starts operation in the massage mode corresponding to the seat memory position. If the present seat position is different from the stored seat memory position, the system starts operation in the previous massage mode. In addition, if Low Battery of battery condition signal (LIN) is input while the engine is running, the massage seat control unit prohibits or stops the operation of the massage seat.
