Power Distribution Module Functional Inspection

Preconditions 

• External circuit is normal

Test Procedure 

A/C compressor functional inspection

• Preparation
• • Power distribution module connector A (18P): disconnected
  • Power distribution module connector E (2P): disconnected
• Procedure
• • Connect power distribution module connector A (18P) terminal No. 5 to power distribution module connector E (2P) terminal No. 1 with a jumper wire.

• Normal Conditions
• • The A/C compressor clutch click.

Results 

• If it is normal, there is a problem with the power distribution module.
• If it is abnormal, there is a problem with other related components.
