MAP Sensor Functional Inspection (1)

Preconditions 

• Intake air system, PCV system, vacuum line visual inspection is normal

Test Procedure 

• Procedure

• Turn the vehicle to the ON mode.
• Confirm the HDS [MAP Sensor (Hi Res)] and HDS [TC Boost Pressure].

• Normal Conditions
• • -

    HDS [MAP Sensor (Hi Res)] and HDS [TC Boost Pressure] value differ less than 26.7 kPa (7.9 inHg, 200 mmHg)  .

Results 

• If it is abnormal, there is a problem with the MAP sensor.
