How to use this service information .

1. Shift Lock Solenoid - Test

   Preconditions 

   • HDS Connected

   Procedure/Specifications 

   1. Select the following menu buttons on the HDS screen in sequence.

   • AT (System Selection Menu)
   • Function Test
   • Shift Lock Solenoid Test

   2. Check the shift lock solenoid operation according to the instructions on the display.

   Specifications 

   HDS Item	Specification
   Shift lock solenoid ON	Shift lever can be moved out of P position/mode.
   Shift lock solenoid OFF	Shift lever cannot be moved out of P position/mode.

   Result 

   • If it is abnormal, go to the shift lock system circuit troubleshooting .
