Removal
1. Set a wooden block (a) or several shop towels to the caliper body (b) as shown. (Figure 1)2. Blow out the pistons (c) with compressed air gradually. (Figure 1) WARNING:
Do not put your hand into the caliper body because the piston will come out forcibly from the caliper body.

Installation
1. Install the piston seals and pistons to the caliper body, then install the piston boots onto the piston.
Lubricant Specifications (Figure 2)
Position Type d KLUBER SYNTHESO GLEP 1 (Commercially Available) or Equivalent 2. Press in the pistons. (Figure 2)
NOTICE:
- Do not press the piston diagonally, and do not force it.
- Be careful not to damage the piston boot when pressing in the piston.

3. Set the piston boots in place on the caliper body.
4. Press in the piston boots. (Figure 3)
