When working with a vehicle equipped with the electronic air suspension, be sure to set it to the leveling off mode to prevent unexpected operation. Preconditions
- Vehicle Lifted
- Engine Undercover Removed
- Engine Warmed UpNOTE:
Warm up the engine by raising the engine speed around 3, 000 RPM until the cooling fan(s) comes on.
Procedure/Specifications
1. Remove the filler plug (a) with the sealing washer (b).
2. Check the transfer assembly fluid level.

Position Specification c The transfer assembly fluid is dripping from the filler plug hole. 3. If necessary, add the recommended fluid through the filler plug hole (d) until the fluid overflows.

Type Acura HGO-1 4. Install the filler plug with a new sealing washer.
Result
- If the transfer assembly fluid level is below the proper level, check for fluid leaks at the transfer assembly. If a problem is found, fix it before filling the transfer assembly with the transfer assembly fluid.
