| SRS indicator stays on, but no DTCs are stored, or cannot be read |
NOTE:
If any of the CAN communication failure DTC is indicated in other system, troubleshoot the DTC first.
- Check for open wire or shorted wire in the F-CAN circuit;

Between the SRS unit and the CAN gateway (VF-CAN B_H, VF-CAN B_L)
- -
Between the CAN gateway and the gauge control module (IF-CAN_H, IF-CAN_L)
- Check the SRS unit power circuit (+B_SRS, IG1_SRS).
- Check the SRS unit ground circuit (GND).
- Do the gauge control module self-diagnostic function
