Ignition Switch "On" Input Test

This test checks closed throttle (idle) switch, wide-open-throttle (WOT) switch, MAP sensor, gear position (P/N) switch (auto. trans. only), coolant temperature switch (cold), and the MAT sensor (cold). This test procedure checks all of the related wiring circuits as well.
