Final Drive
- When checking final drive, remove fill plug on side of assembly and note fluid level. It should be even with bottom of plug hole.
- If fluid level in final drive is higher than filler plug, it indicates ATF has possibly entered the final drive. If too low, hypoid oil in final drive must be changed.
