Thermal Management Control Module -J1024-, Removing And Installing
- If the Thermal Management Control Module -J1024- is replaced, before installing start the test plan for replacing the Thermal Management Control Module -J1024-. Use the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester.
Thermal Management Control Module -J1024-, Removing
-- Switch off (deactivate) the "parking air conditioner". Refer to Owner's Manual.
-- Switch off the ignition.
-- Remove the Engine Sound Generator Control Module -J943- with the bracket. Refer to [For engine(s) CZSE] Engine Sound Generator Control Module -J943-, Removing And Installing .
-- Release the retainer -D- and remove the Thermal Management Control Module - J1024- -A- in the direction of -arrow F- from the bracket -B-.
-- Release the connector -C- and disconnect in the direction of -arrow E-.
Bracket for Thermal Management Control Module -J1024-, Removing
-- Remove the nut -B-.
-- Free up the wiring harness -C-.
-- Loosen the bracket -A- from the catches -arrows- and remove upward.
Installing
Install in reverse order of removal and note the following:
-- Check that the bracket -A- and the installed control modules are installed correctly.
-- If the Thermal Management Control Module -J1024- is replaced, complete the test plan using the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester.
