Test Conditions
- The battery is in battery support mode. Refer to Battery, Charging .
- Fuses for fuel pump/Fuel Pump Relay -J17- /Fuel Pump Control Module -J538- OK. Refer to the appropriate Wiring Diagram.
- Fuel Pump Relay -J17- OK; check using the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester.
- Fuel Pump Control Module -J538- OK. Use the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester to check.
- Fuel tank is at least 1 /4 full.
- Fuel filter is OK.
- Fuel lines are OK (not blocked, not crushed).
- Ignition switched off.
