11 00 590 Exchange engine (N54, N54T)

Necessary preliminary tasks 

• Remove and install ENGINE .
• Mount engine on ASSEMBLY STAND .
• If necessary, remove foreign bodies from turbocharger group.
• Check all assemblies and convert to replacement power plant.

Remove transportation locks (1).

Transportation locks (1) are no longer needed.

Modify screw plugs (1) from old power plant.

Insert screw plugs (1).

Tightening torque: 11 42 1AZ .

Secure OIL COOLER LINES with mounting bar (2).

Assemble engine.
