Structure and inner electrical connection

The diesel particulate sensor consists of a measuring probe and evaluation electronics. The two parts are connected by a cable and cannot be separated.

The evaluation electronics is connected to a local CAN bus.

The front power distribution box supplies the diesel particulate sensor with terminal 15N.
