Remove air conditioning compressor

External damage to air conditioning compressor.
Excessive force applied during removal will result in damage to the air conditioning compressor.

- Remove the air conditioning compressor without damaging it and without applying external force.
- Avoid impacts/knocks to plastic belt pulley (caused by tools, contact with base).
- Return faulty air conditioning compressors in their original packaging only.
- Loosen screws (1).
- Detach the air conditioning compressor (2) from the component carrier and protect it from falling.
- Unlock and disconnect connector (1).
- Unscrew the bolts (2) and disconnect the refrigerant lines (3).
- Guide the air conditioning compressor (3) out towards the front top.
