Installing the cooling module

NOTE:
Perform the steps on the right and left side.
- Check if stop pad (2) is present on cooler module mount (1) .
Result
» Stop pad (2) is not present.
Measure
- Replace stop pad (2) .
Result
» Stop pad (2) is present.
Measure
- Continue with the next step.
- Guide in the cooling module (1)
in the arrow direction from below and install it with the help of a support person.
- Hook the cooling module (1)
with the cooler module mounts (2)
on the side members (3)
in the arrow direction.
- Tighten the screw (1) on the right cooler module mount.
TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

- Tighten the screw (1) on the left cooler module mount.

- Connect the transmission oil lines (2) .
- Press the locking mechanism (1)
in the arrow direction and lock the transmission oil lines (2)
.
- Position coolant line (2) .
- Secure expanding rivet (1) .
- Check the sealing ring (1)
of the coolant line (2)
for damage and replace if necessary.NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Make sure that the connections are locked correctly. The locks must engage audibly. - Connect and lock the coolant line (1)
.
Coolant line (1) must engage audibly.
- Guide in and install the cover (2) on the top.
- Tighten down screws (1) .
