Transmission Identification

The THM 250C transmission, while similar in appearance to the THM 350C, may be identified as follows: The THM 250C case will have an external intermediate band adjustment screw located above and forward of the 1-2 accumulator (at right side of case).

In addition, the transmission identification number can be located in 1 of 3 positions on the transmission. Locations are. Identification plate on side of case, stamped number on governor cover or inked number on bell housing. Transmission model codes are listed in the following table.
