Power Reclining Seatback: Installation

  1. Install seatback frame (74). Install the pivot bolt (160).See Figure .
  2. Install the recliner assembly bolts (159). See Figure .
  3. Tighten the pivot bolt, then tighten the recliner assembly bolts. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS 
  4. Connect the hoses (161) to the bladder (163). See Figure .
  5. Install the seatback cushion and cover. See POWER RECLINE SEAT COVERS & CUSHIONS  .
