Differential Assembly: Installation

NOTE: To prevent misalignment of splines in opposite cone and gear assembly, DO NOT rotate axle after differential and first axle shaft are installed in axle housing.

To install, reverse removal procedure. Check ring and pinion gear backlash. Use NEW cover gasket when installing cover. Refill axle housing with proper lubricant. Bleed and adjust brakes.
