Engine Oil Level Switch

The PCM monitors the Engine Oil Level Switch (1) signal at start-up to determine if the engine oil is OK. If the PCM determines that a low oil level condition exists, the PCM will communicate the information over the Class II circuit to the IPC and it will illuminate the indicator lamp.
