Installation Procedure

  1. Install the RIM (2).
  2. Connect the RIM electrical connectors (3).
  3. Install the RIM (2) with the push pin retainers (1).
  4. Reposition the rear seat back insulator.
  5. Install the rear seat back. Refer to Seat Back Replacement - Rear in Seats.
  6. Install the rear seat cushion. Refer to Seat Cushion Replacement - Rear in Seats.
  7. Reprogram the RIM. Refer to Body Control Module (BCM) Programming/RPO Configuration (IPM)  or Body Control Module (BCM) Programming/RPO Configuration (DIM)  or Body Control Module (BCM) Programming/RPO Configuration (RIM) .
