Installation Procedure

Fig 1: Removing/Installing EGR Valve Outlet Pipe

Install the EGR valve outlet pipe (1).
Install the bolt (3) to the intake manifold.
Tighten: Tighten the bolt to 29 N.m (21 lb ft).
Install the nut (2) to the EGR valve inlet pipe assembly.
Tighten: Tighten the nut to 29 N.m (21 lb ft).
