Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the instrument panel upper trim. Refer to Instrument Panel Upper Trim Pad Replacement .
    2. Fig 1: I/P Trim Panel Component View

  2. Remove the security indicator lamp (3) from the instrument panel upper trim:
    1. Rotate the lamp counterclockwise to approximately 1/4 turn.
    2. Pull the lamp out.
  3. Disconnect the security indicator lamp electrical connector from the security indicator lamp.
